These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Flux Editing (Chamber of Commerce: 5311135), hereinafter referred to as ‘Flux’, a freelance video editor based in the Netherlands. By using our services or platform, you agree to these terms.
Services
Flux provides professional video editing services based on footage and instructions you provide. The scope of each project is agreed upon in advance. We aim for timely delivery, but delivery times are indicative and depend on the complexity of the project and the timeliness of feedback.
Payments via Stripe
Invoices are issued through Moneybird and all payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment must be made within the term stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, Flux reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received.
No refunds after approval
No refunds will be issued once a video export has been approved by the client through our review system. By approving an export, you confirm that the final result meets your expectations. Prior to approval, you have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions through the review system. All payments processed through Stripe are final after approval.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the footage and materials you provide. Upon full payment, all rights to the final product (the edited video) are transferred to you. Flux retains the right to use the work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
The liability of Flux is limited to the amount charged for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages from data loss. We recommend always keeping your own backup of your footage.
Confidentiality
All footage, project data, and business information you share with Flux is treated confidentially. We do not share this information with third parties, unless necessary for service delivery (e.g., payment processing via Stripe) or required by law.
Changes
Flux reserves the right to modify these terms. Active clients will be notified of substantial changes. The most recent version is always available on our platform.
